Find Out What They Want!
There is an old saying, “Give ’em what they want.” Each audience is unique so before you can “give them what they want” you have to “find out what they want”. I think this applies to most things especially planning music for a special event. As a DJ I make it my policy to get dance music requests before the event. This way I know what that audience likes, then in studying the requests I can determine similar music to what has been requested. I certainly have my favorites but I am more interested in what that audience likes to dance to. By doing this homework and with the help of a WiFi connection to my iTunes account (at the location) I can always deliver what’s wanted.
Have Fun and Dance to Your Favorite Songs – DJ Dance Music
I put this short video together because it is a perfect example of dancers forgetting themselves and having a good time. In addition to a good mix I think Dance Floor Surround Sound contributed to the dancers loosing themselves in the moment. There are many things that contribute to the success of an event. First, it’s people who enjoy the company of each other…
